I met Dean and the boys at the Perth Truck Show through my indulgence for the transport industry, a search for hydraulics for my truck was my quest, and from the moment we started conversation I knew they were there to help. No matter what questions I had they were able to explain it to me in simplest terms in a way that I could understand, I received some information from them and came away very pleased with their attitude and helpfulness. It was a little while before I was in a position to do the hydraulics, but straight away from a phone call to meeting with them at their premises, it was exactly the same positive service and information I received at the truck show months before, no matter what I threw at them, a decent and understanding conversation was initiated.
